Position Description:
A collaborative law firm is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to be based in New York, with responsibility for contributing to pricing strategies, budgeting, and client analytics. This position will involve creating financial models for fee estimates, synthesizing and presenting financial data, and helping to inform strategic pricing decisions. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for preparing and reviewing RFPs, ensuring rates are correctly implemented by the Billing Department, and advising attorneys on rate negotiations. This person will also be responsible for analyzing realization and profitability, reviewing historical data, and approving non-standard fee arrangements, as well as recommending process improvements to enhance future outcomes.
Required Skills:
The firm is seeking a pricing professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of related experience. This person will demonstrate effective critical thinking, project management, and data management skills, as well as the ability to handle concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Analyst should be highly proficient in Excel, and proficiency with SQL and PowerBI is a plus. They should also be able to work well independently while communicating effectively with attorneys, clients, and colleagues.
Annual Salary (US$): 125,000-155,000 /annual
