Position Description:
A collegial law firm seeks a Senior Recruiting and Professional Development Manager to oversee the successful acquisition and ongoing professional development of attorneys. Reporting directly to the Chief Talent Officer, this person will be responsible for designing and executing recruitment strategies geared towards lateral attorney candidates. This position will involve developing relationships with law schools, delivering new orientation and onboarding, and working with external agencies on lateral associate hiring efforts. The Senior Manager will also contribute to the performance review process, identify and resolve training needs, and enhance processes to ensure a high level of retention.

Required Skills:
The candidate selected for this opportunity will have at least seven years of legal recruiting experience, a bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. The Senior Manager must be able to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while managing independent projects. In addition, this person should be detail-oriented, adaptable to changing demands, and capable of interacting with high-level Partners and Firm Leadership.

Annual Salary (US$): 180,000-200,000 /annual
