Position Description:
A growing law firm is seeking an Office Administrator to play a leadership role regarding human resources, administrative services, and overall office management. This position will involve overseeing all facets of talent management, including the recruitment, evaluation, and professional development of staff, as well as the resolution of employee relations matters. The Office Administrator will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing workflow operations, implementing office policies and procedures, and organizing a variety of office events and wellness initiatives. This individual will also be tasked with determining budgets, communicating with building management, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Position Requirements:
The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of law firm management experience, with a specific focus on HR and facilities management. The Office Administrator must have exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to delegate and prioritize effectively.
