Position Description:
A forward-thinking law firm is seeking an AI Innovation Attorney to advise lawyers and leadership on ways that AI can significantly improve their workflow and work product. This role will involve recommending tools, staying current on evolving features and capabilities, and providing regular training, workshops, and individual support sessions. This person will be tasked with creating learning materials and internal documentation, designing and testing AI prompts, and developing solutions for specific legal tasks. Furthermore, the AI Innovation Attorney will be tasked with leading pilots and coordinating related services with vendors.
Required Skills:
This position requires a JD, admission to practice, and 6+ years of legal practice experience (either litigation or transactional work is fine). This person should have a keen interest in AI technology, a highly developed understanding of legal workflows, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership in this area. Additionally, the qualified candidate will demonstrate the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practice and strong communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
Annual Salary (US$): 250,000-325,000 /annual
