Position Description:
A thriving law firm seeks a Professional Development Coordinator to support a variety of training and continuing legal education initiatives. This position will involve coordinating logistics for upcoming training programs, gathering program feedback, and identifying ways to enhance future programs. This person will also be tasked with supporting the mentorship program, tracking the attorneys’ CLE compliance, and generating reports, as well as supporting professional development initiatives.
Position Requirements:
This role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of professional development or CLE experience within a law firm setting. The firm seeks an outgoing, detail-oriented, and proactive professional with proficiency in Excel and other technical abilities. This person should also have excellent organizational skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
