Position Description:
A highly regarded law firm seeks a Business Development Manager that will be dealing primarily with development in the Financial Restructuring practice for their NY office. The Business Development Manager will prepare pitches and proposals in coordination with the Director of Business Development, lawyers, and members of the marketing team as necessary, as well as maintain target client lists and conduct marketing research to expand the services the firm provides. This position will work with a wide range of people in addition to the marketing team, including the events team, the communications team, and various lawyers. The person in this role should be a team player committed to upholding an atmosphere of sustained improvement while executing their responsibilities in a manner that reflects the core values of the firm.
Required Skills:
The firm requests a candidate with at least four years of related experience and a Bachelor’s Degree. Applicants should have a commitment to service, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication, writing, and editing skills. Successful applicants must also have advanced knowledge Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and knowledge of AtVantage, CapitalIQ, InterAction, and MonitorSuite.
Annual Salary (US$): 170,000-190,000 /annual
