Position Description:
A New York based law firm is seeking a Marketing Technology Coordinator to play a hands-on role regarding the firm’s marketing systems. This role will involve maintaining the firm’s mailing lists, distributing internal and external communications, and providing invitations for events, alerts, and other announcements. The CRM Coordinator will be tasked with updating the firm’s website and blogs, adding new users or permission settings to InterAction, and converting data between marketing systems. This person will also be tasked with training new hires on the CRM platform and conducting research to support the firm’s business development efforts.
Required Skills:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and one or more years of experience with marketing technology, including proficiency with InterAction and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with exceptional research, communication, and analytical thinking skills. The team seeks a self-motivated individual who can manage independent projects while also contributing to the overall success of the Business Development Department.
Annual Salary (US$): 75,000-85,000 /annual
