Position Description:

A highly regarded law firm seeks an IT Specialist to work in-office on a schedule of 4 days in, 1 day remote, and support attorneys and staff with a variety of technical assistance. This person will provide Help Desk support over the phone, in-person, and via email, including performing remote troubleshooting as needed. This person will monitor and respond to open tickets, escalate to management when necessary, and ensure all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. The IT Specialist will also assist with troubleshooting, editing, and formatting legal documents, including converting files between programs.

Position Requirements:

The firm seeks an individual with at least four years of IT support experience in a law firm setting as well as strong technical knowledge, a patient and professional approach, and the ability to prioritize tasks. This person will also demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in addition to a proactive work ethic and a focus on customer service.
