Position Description:
A highly ranked law firm is seeking a Client Compliance Manager to play a leadership role regarding the firm’s rates, e-billing, and client administration procedures. Working within Aderant, this person will supervise new matter setup and the implementation of non-standard hourly rates and fee arrangements. The Manager will be responsible for reviewing outside counsel guidelines and engagement letters, managing annual rate increases, and analyzing WIP during off-cycle rate changes. This position will involve overseeing the e-billing process from set-up through transmission, resolving any issues that arise, and adding timekeepers to sites as needed. Additionally, the Manager will be tasked with mentoring and training team members, implementing departmental policies, and developing strategic plans for the department.

Required Skills:
This role requires a bachelor’s degree and six or more years of related experience, including prior experience in a supervisory capacity. This person must be proficient with Aderant, e-billing platforms, and Excel, with strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. The Manager should have a strong client service approach, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to lead by example. This individual should also be flexible for overtime or travel to other offices as needed.

Annual Salary (US$): 170,000-220,000 /annual
