Position Description:
An outstanding law firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to support several attorneys in the firm’s thriving Art Law Practice, with a focus on scheduling, organization, and business development. This person will be responsible for managing the attorneys’ schedules, resolving any conflicts, and scheduling meetings or appointments as needed. The Executive Assistant will be tasked with liaising with clients, monitoring emails, and responding to requests from attorneys and clients, as well as performing data and time entry. This role will also involve managing contact lists, assisting with business development projects, coordinating travel arrangements, tracking expenses, and preparing the attorneys for upcoming engagements or speaking opportunities.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks an administrative professional with at least five years of experience and exceptional organizational, communication, and client service skills. This person should be proactive with the ability to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced setting. The Executive Assistant must also have strong time management and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the position.
Annual Salary (US$): 120,000-140,000 /annual
