Position Description:
A New York law firm is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to review and process conflict searches associated with new clients, new business, and new hires; this role can be based in New York or Texas, with the option to work 100% remotely. The Analyst will conduct research, verify information provided through the conflicts database, and provide critical analysis. This person will generate reports in a timely manner, respond to inquiries from attorneys and staff, and identify all potential conflicts for the Associate General Counsel with great accuracy.
Required Skills:
The firm is seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of conflicts experience within the legal industry. The Conflicts Analyst must be detail-oriented with strong research, analytical, and proofreading skills. The qualified candidate will have strong communication skills and thrive independently. Experience with InTapp Open software and Microsoft Office is necessary, as well as knowledge of legal conflicts, ethical rules, and corporate business structures.
Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-105,000 /annual
