Position Description:
The Marketing Department of a mid-sized law firm is seeking a Communications Manager to play a leadership role within the firm. This person will oversee strategic public relations efforts, including communicating with a PR agency to promote the firm’s victories and successful transactions. The Communications Manager will be responsible for spearheading the award nomination process, drafting and finalizing all marketing content, and overseeing the graphic design function. This person will be tasked with developing and executing social media content strategy, creating external newsletters, and preparing internal communications as needed.
Position Requirements:
The firm seeks a legal marketing professional with a bachelor’s degree and five or more years of related experience. This person should have strong writing, communication, and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. The team seeks an outgoing individual with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to establish rapport with internal and external parties.
