Position Description:
A family office seeks an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a team of Executives in the New York office. This exciting role will involve communicating with internal and external parties, managing calendars, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. The person in this role will be responsible for completing expense reports, managing communications on behalf of the Executives, and answering incoming calls and emails, as well as overseeing external outreach. The Executive Assistant will also have the opportunity to contribute to special projects and other initiatives, including planning events, helping to onboard new hires, and completing personal work as needed.
Position Requirements:
The teams requests a qualified Executive Assistant with six or more years of related experience working with Executives in a professional services setting. The successful candidate possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to anticipate needs.
