Position Description:
A boutique law firm seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to handle a high volume of work while also contributing to the training and management of less experienced paralegals on the team. This position will involve contributing to preparations for trials, attending trials, and drafting a variety of practice-specific documents. The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating trial logistics with third party vendors, managing witness files, and cite checking briefs or other materials. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will also be tasked with e-filing documents with the courts and responding to inquiries from attorneys, clients, or other staff members.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree and at least five years of high-level paralegal experience, including trial attendance. The qualified applicant will be tech savvy, capable of working with limited supervision, and familiar with e-discovery databases. He or she should be a demonstrated leader who can meet the firm’s billable requirement and set an example for others. Overtime and travel will be required as needed.
Annual Salary (US$): 100,000-140,000 /annual
