Position Description:

A leading international law firm seeks a Manager of Support Services for the growing Silicon Valley office. This multi-faceted position involves managing the daily operations of the secretarial team, including delegating assignments, monitoring attendance, and leading performance evaluation processes. This person will also be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training new employees, coordinating professional development and team-building initiatives for staff, and liaising with HR regarding any related HR matters.

Position Requirements:

The qualified candidate will be a proactive, self-starter with several years of legal support experience, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity. This position requires excellent communication, technical, and people management skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
