Position Description:
A global law firm seeks a Lateral Associate Recruiting Manager to support the full-cycle recruitment process for lateral associates for the New York office. This position will involve communicating with practice leaders regarding their team’s hiring needs, implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, and serving as a point of contact for lateral associate candidates. The Manager will be responsible for sourcing and engaging targeted candidates, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and extending offers, as well as tracking candidate data and generating recruitment statistics. The Manager will also mentor, train, and supervise other team members.
Required Skills:
The qualified applicant will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with practice leaders, candidates, and search firms. The team seeks a legal recruiting professional with a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in lateral hiring. This person should also be flexible to travel to other firm offices and work overtime as needed to meet the demands of the position.
Annual Salary (US$): 130,000-170,000 /annual
