Position Description:
An established law firm seeks an Administrative Assistant to work with and support a team of litigation partners in the New York office. The responsibilities of this role include maintaining the attorneys’ calendars and contact lists, scheduling meetings and conference calls, and communicating with clients over the phone, in-person and through correspondence. The Administrative Assistant will also prepare and revise legal documents, maintain case files, and contribute to case preparation and other legal procedures.
Required Skills:
This position requires six years of legal secretarial experience in a mid or large law firm setting. The firm seeks a candidate with a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a detail-oriented approach. The qualified Administrative Assistant will be able to utilize a variety of software programs, effectively resolve any issues that arise, demonstrate a team-oriented attitude, and meet deadlines in a timely fashion.
Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-100,000 /annual
