Position Description:
An exceptional law firm is seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to work closely with the Benefits Manager on all facets of benefits design, implementation strategy, and open enrollment. The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert regarding the firm’s medical, dental, vision, and family care resources, as well as participating in meetings with vendors regarding offerings, projects, and plan changes. This position will involve supporting wellbeing initiatives, updating information in the HRIS system, and assisting employees with COBRA enrollment, FMLA and Disability paperwork, and off-boarding procedures as needed.
Required Skills:
This role requires 3+ years of benefits experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in the Workday HRIS system. The qualified applicant will have excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, as well as a proactive and detail-oriented approach. The Benefits Analyst must also have the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment while fostering positive relationships with vendors and other firm leaders.
Annual Salary (US$): 85,000-100,000 /annual
