Position Location: New York, New York
Position Description:
A leading law firm seeks a Blue Sky Paralegal to serve as a subject matter expert to attorneys and staff in the New York office. This position will involve managing blue sky and form D filings, conducting related research, and handling renewals of all blue sky notices and securities registrations. This person will also support FINRA matters, including drafting FINRA filings, preparing FINRA fee memos, and coordinating FINRA fee payments.
Required Skills:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience, including proficiency with the Electronic Filing Depository and FINRA Public Offering Systems. This person should have highly effective organizational, communication, and research skills, as well as the ability to think critically and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-120,000 /annual
