Position Description:
A global law firm seeks a Project & Infrastructure Finance Paralegal to support attorneys with a variety of energy and infrastructure transactions. This person will be responsible for drafting and analyzing legal documents as well as ordering, reviewing, and filing UCC financing statements and lien searches. The Paralegal will be entrusted with conducting due diligence, maintaining precedent collections, and distributing signature pages. This role will also involve obtaining charter documents and good-standing certificates in addition to supporting attorneys with all facets of closing transactions.
Required Skills:
The qualified applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and two or more years of transactional experience. This person should be reliable, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and colleagues. The firm seeks someone with strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-120,000 /annual
