Position Description:
This Senior Finance Paralegal role is a great opportunity to support attorneys with all steps of corporate transactions in the New York office. This role will involve preparing documents and correspondence to clients, reviewing collateral documentation, and gathering precedent collections to support due diligence matters. The Paralegal will be responsible for performing lien searches, filing liens with applicable jurisdictions, and collecting signature pages, as well as obtaining charter documents and good standing certificates. This person will also support attorneys with pre-closing, closing, and post-closing matters.
Required Skills:
To qualify for this role, a candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal. This person should be able to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while utilizing strong interpersonal communication, and organizational skills. The firm seeks a reliable and dedicated paralegal who can apply a keen attention to detail and maintain confidential information.
Annual Salary (US$): 100,000-130,000 /annual
