Position Description:
A collaborative law firm is seeking a Litigation Support Coordinator to manage practice support and electronic discovery tasks, while ensuring compliance with best practices and firm policies. The position involves developing, configuring, and maintaining Relativity databases, including creating user accounts, setting up security access, running productions, and performing quality control checks. This person will also be responsible for processing and verifying data, developing search strategies, and archiving data as needed.
Position Requirements:
In addition to an advanced understanding of Relativity, the qualified applicant will have a superb attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work with large sets of electronic data. This person should be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of adapting to changing demands in a fast-paced setting. This person should have at least five years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree and/or professional certifications. The Litigation Support Coordinator should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.
