Position Description:
A growing, boutique law firm seeks an IT Manager to lead the firm’s daily and strategic technical operations. Working closely with a third-party vendor, this person will establish strong security protocols, ensure end-user needs are met, and fulfill any service requests. This person will develop and execute IT strategies, recommend resources and system upgrades as needed, and maintain related documentation and budgets. The IT Manager will also be tasked with providing ongoing training to staff and ensuring disaster recovery procedures are in place.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks an individual with a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of IT experience within a legal setting. This person must have strong technical, project management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work proactively and independently. The IT Manager should be well-versed in Windows 11, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Active Directory, and legal specific applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. This person must have experience working with vendors and adapting quickly to changing demands.
Annual Salary (US$): 120,000-140,000 /annual
