Position Description:
A collaborative and congenial law firm seeks a tech-savvy pricing professional to become the Manager of Pricing & Data Analytics. This role will be focused on enhancing the firm’s pricing function through the use of Elite 3E and other financial software, including overseeing data alignment and migration as well as maintaining key reporting metrics. The Manager will be responsible for supporting attorneys with modeling client budget agreements, conducting market rate analyses, and generating presentations to highlight financial findings. This person will also be tasked with supervising a junior team member, developing dashboards and KPIs, and identifying ways to streamline related processes.
Position Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree, four or more years of pricing experience, and proficiency with SQL, Elite, and Microsoft Excel. This person should have strong communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment. The team seeks an organized and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work while collaborating with others in the completion of projects.
