Position Description:
A leading law firm seeks a Manager of Legal Recruiting to oversee lateral associate and entry-level attorney hiring. This position will involve overseeing law school recruiting efforts, coordinating all interview processes, and maintaining relationships with law schools. The Manager will be responsible for liaising with practice group leaders to identify lateral hiring needs, communicating regularly with search firms, and preparing the Partners for upcoming interviews. This person will also be responsible for organizing summer associate activities, including onboarding, orientation, and social events, as well as gathering program feedback and identifying ways to enhance future programs.
Position Requirements:
The firm seeks a legal recruiting professional with a Bachelor’s Degree and at least seven years of related experience. This person must have exceptional leadership, management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities. The Manager should also demonstrate a high level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
