Position Description:
An outstanding law firm seeks a Benefits Specialist to join the HR Department and administer the firm’s benefits programs. This person will administer any employee leave programs, ensuring the timely processing of all requests and documentation, maintaining detailed records, and responding to employee inquiries. The Benefits Specialist will also oversee health and wellness programs, including running open enrollment, communicating with vendors, and processing any necessary changes. Additionally, this individual will update PTO information in the HRIS system, communicate with departmental managers regarding long-term absences, and collaborate with payroll to accurately process payroll and resolve any discrepancies.
Required Skills:
This position requires 4+ years of experience in benefits and LOA administration, including knowledge of related laws and regulations. This person should have excellent organizational, analytical thinking, and communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. The Benefits Specialist should be able to work well independently and provide a terrific customer service approach to attorneys and staff. A Bachelor’s Degree and the ability to work on-site are also required.
Annual Salary (US$): 125,000-135,000 /annual
