Position Description:
The Tax-Exempt Practice of a New York law firm is seeking a proactive professional to join their team as a Practice Administrator. This role will involve supporting the attorneys with a variety of administrative and project-based tasks, including preparing and editing documents, conducting research, and maintaining departmental databases. The Practice Administrator will be responsible for processing new matter documents, monitoring the group’s billings and financials, and handling the annual client audit inquiry response process. This person will also be tasked with contributing to business development, training, and recruiting activities for the group as needed.

Required Skills:
The qualified applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and two or more years of law firm experience. This person will demonstrate excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills, with a keen interest in the nonprofit industry. This person should also be self-motivated and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Annual Salary (US$): 75,000-90,000 /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
