Position Description:
A prominent law firm seeks a Concierge Assistant to perform all the functions of the conference services team and ensure the smooth daily operations of the main reception desk. The Concierge Assistant will contribute to all facets of event planning, including food menu selection, RSVP tracking, setup/breakdown, and interaction with high-profile guests and clients. This individual will greet incoming visitors to the firm, answer and route a high volume of calls, and coordinate services with vendors. This person will also be tasked with performing routine filing and ensuring information is communicated with staff, attorneys, and vendors.
Position Requirements:
The qualified candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and one year of customer service experience in an office environment. The individual must be able to work well with all levels of staff, attorneys, and departments, and should possess a “can-do” attitude. The Concierge Assistant must also have adaptability to changing demands, strong multi-tasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a superb work ethic.
