Position Description:
A terrific law firm in Hartford, CT seeks a Billing & Collections Manager to manage, mentor, and evaluate a talented team of professionals to meet firm goals. This position will involve ensuring all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner, providing training as needed, and allocating or adjusting departmental workflow as needed. The Manager will be tasked with overseeing all financial reporting, maintaining firm records, and communicating with practice leaders to report any related issues or concerns. This person will also support the implementation of new systems, processes, and departmental initiatives.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks an individual with a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of legal billing and collections experience. The qualified applicant will demonstrate excellent communication, technical, and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to lead by example. This person should be able to establish positive rapport up and down the reporting line while managing independent projects.
Annual Salary (US$): 120,000-140,000 /annual
