Position Description:
A terrific law firm seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to support the firm’s pricing, budgeting, and financial analysis functions. This position will involve communicating with attorneys regarding client rate increases, overseeing rate setting for new hires, and supporting attorneys with negotiating and implementing appropriate fee arrangements. This person will be responsible for utilizing tools and databases to model client budget agreements as well as conducting research to determine annual increases in standard billing rates. The Senior Pricing Analyst will also be tasked with analyzing variances, developing KPIs, communicating with the BD team regarding RFPs, preparing presentations, and supporting Partners with budget and proposal requests.
Required Skills:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and the ability to work in the New York City office on a hybrid basis (3 days in, 2 days remote). The qualified applicant will have at least two years of related experience, proficiency with Excel and SQL, and prior exposure to pricing, rates, and budgeting. This person should also have strong communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
Annual Salary (US$): 90,000-150,000 /annual
