Position Description:

A thriving law firm is hiring a Business Development Specialist to support the development of pitches, RFP responses, and marketing materials for attorneys within the firm’s Litigation Practice. This position will involve strategizing marketing best practices, offering clear advice on client expansion opportunities, and providing one-on-one coaching to the attorneys. Moreover, the BD Specialist will partner with attorneys to coordinate sponsorships, events, and speaking engagements in addition to tracking the results of new initiatives.

Position Requirements:

The preferred candidate will have three or more years of experience in legal business development, and will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. This person will have an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, InterAction, and various e-marketing software, as well as excellent proofreading, writing, and editing skills.
