Position Description:

A respectable law firm is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the firm’s daily and strategic HR operations. This position will involve developing and executing HR strategy as well as advising on succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration. The Director of HR will also be responsible for resolving employee relations issues, conducting performance evaluations, and overseeing talent acquisition.

Position Requirements:

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within legal or professional services settings. The qualified applicant will demonstrate strong HR acumen as well as substantive knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and techniques. This person should be able to implement procedural enhancements, hire and train a talented team of professionals, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters.
