Position Description:
A long-established law firm seeks a Director of Recruiting to focus on attorney recruitment efforts. This position will involve partnering with firm leadership to determine talent acquisition strategies, identify practice group needs, and prepare position descriptions, in addition to reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and screening applicants. The Director will be responsible for fostering relationships with search firms, communicating with candidates throughout the interview process, and extending offers, while regularly communicating updates to Practice Chairs. This person will also be tasked with onboarding new hires and recommending process improvements to enhance future outcomes. To qualify for this role, an applicant must have at least seven years of legal recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to establish relationships with internal and external parties. The Director of Recruiting should demonstrate excellent judgment, a high level of discretion and confidentiality, and the ability to think strategically. This person must also have a client-service and proactive approach and a team player attitude.

Annual Salary (US$): 175,000-200,000 /annual
