Position Description:

A leading law firm seeks an Operations Manager to oversee staff and projects within the mailroom, duplication, and facilities departments. This position will involve hiring, training, and motivating employees, delegating responsibilities, and responding to requests from attorneys and firm leadership. This person will be responsible for resolving facilities related issues, coordinating services with vendors, and overseeing the purchase of supplies and equipment. The Manager will also prepare and monitor budgets, implement best practices, and ensure all forms and logs are updated accurately.

Position Requirements:

The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of operations management experience in a law firm or professional services setting. The firm seeks an individual who is well-versed in office services procedures, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Operations Manager should also be able to work independently and proactively while applying a strong client service approach.
