Position Description:
An outstanding law firm seeks a Senior eDiscovery Attorney to establish procedures and advise attorneys on best practices regarding e-discovery and litigation support matters, including the use of AI technology. This person will be responsible for accessing and recommending appropriate software, training attorneys and paralegals on new systems, and analyzing changes in related laws and regulations. This position will also involve communicating with case teams to set strategies and consulting on each case to implement suitable protocols.
Required Skills:
This position requires a JD and 5+ years of litigation support experience, including proficiency with e-discovery tools and familiarity with the use of AI in litigation. This person must be well-versed in data preservation and review processes, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills. In addition, the Senior eDiscovery Attorney must be able to work effectively with vendors and liaise between departments within a fast-paced environment.
Annual Salary (US$): 225,000-275,000 /annual
