Position Description:
A terrific law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join the growing Boston office. This position will involve providing a high level of administrative support to attorneys, including preparing and revising documents, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and client engagements. The Legal Secretary will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining client files, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing time entries. This opening is a great opportunity to play a leadership role and provide mentorship to other team members.

Required Skills:
The firm seeks a Legal Secretary with at least five years of experience. The person selected for this opportunity will demonstrate advanced word processing abilities as well as strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. The firm is also seeking a team player that can adapt to changing demands and prioritize competing responsibilities.

Annual Salary (US$): 85,000-100,000 /annual
