Position Description:
A prominent law firm seeks a Client Services Assistant (CSA) to perform all functions of the CSA team and ensure the smooth daily operations of the main reception desk. The individual in this role will work closely with the Conference Services and the Senior Operations Manager to plan and coordinate on-site meetings, with particular attention to such support as menus, setup, staffing, and IT needs, including the coordination of conference and audio-visual technologies working closely with the firm's IT team. The CSA will also facilitate communications related to all aspects of events, ensuring the information is communicated with staff, attorneys, contract employees, and vendors.
Position Requirements:
The qualified candidate must have at least one year of experience in a client facing role within a professional services setting or the hospitality industry. The individual must be able to work well with all levels of staff, attorneys, and departments and possess a “can-do” attitude. The CSA must also have adaptability to changing demands, strong multi-tasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong work ethic.
