Position Description:
The New York office of an international law firm seeks an Administrative Coordinator to support the firm’s attorneys in a broad range of tasks. The role will involve supporting the NY Office Director and Legal Support Director, handling overall coordination of the office, facilitating the onboarding process, and more. The Administrative Coordinator will also assist with a range of databases, archives, and other tools. The tasks will vary and be administrative, organizational, logistical, managerial, or supportive in nature.

Required Skills:
The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of related experience. The firm hopes for an organized, communicative, discrete, and responsible individual with leadership and multitasking skills. The Administrative Coordinator must take the initiative and work well independently, while also maintaining teamwork skills. The role is hybrid and the firm offers excellent benefits.

Annual Salary (US$): 90-100K /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
