Position Description:
A professional law firm is seeking a recent graduate to assist the Managing Attorney as a Docket Clerk. This person will be responsible for filing and serving documents in state and federal courts as well as docketing and calendaring deadlines in the CourtAlert program. The candidate in this role will review daily and weekly litigation calendars to ensure accuracy and complete research projects through PACER, NYSCEF, BloombergLaw, and other online databases. The Docket Clerk will also be expected to complete administrative tasks in support of the Managing Attorney’s Office.

Required Skills:
The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a keen interest in working in a law firm setting. This person should have a proactive, hardworking, and detail-oriented work ethic, as well as strong communication, project management, and organizational skills. The team seeks an outgoing professional who can learn quickly and adapt to changing demands.

Annual Salary (US$): 60,000-70,000 /annual
Required Education: Bachelors
