Position Description:
A growing law firm with a sophisticated approach seeks a New Matters Paralegal to work closely with the Case Development Team. This position will involve conducting research and advising clients on potential securities fraud claims, including cite checking documents, filing court documents, and reviewing complaints and pleadings. This person will also be responsible for preparing and finalizing legal documents, organizing and tracking case files, and reviewing relevant rules and regulations.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal with at least two years of experience, including proficiency with e-filing and utilizing research databases such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER. This person will demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. This person must also be flexible to work overtime and adapt to changing demands.
Annual Salary (US$): 75,000-90,000 /annual
