Position Description:
An outstanding law firm in Manhattan seeks a Litigation Secretary to provide a high level of administrative support to several Litigation Partners. This role will involve managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for generating a variety of documents, correspondence, and reports, organizing materials for upcoming meetings, and alerting the attorney of any outstanding business. The Legal Secretary will also be tasked with communicating with clients, serving as a gatekeeper to the Partners, and tracking the attorneys’ billable hours.
Required Skills:
This position requires at least five years of experience working in an administrative capacity to high level professionals and a highly developed understanding of litigation. The qualified candidate will demonstrate the ability to work well in a high-pressure setting, proficiency multitasking effectively, and exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills. The Litigation Secretary must be a team player who can quickly adjust to changing demands and apply a detail-oriented approach.
Annual Salary (US$): 85,000-100,000 /annual
