Position Description:
An established law firm is seeking a Practice Group Coordinator to coordinate daily and strategic operations for the Bankruptcy Practice. This position will involve scheduling meetings with key stakeholders, planning and executing client events, and contributing to a variety of marketing and business development initiatives, including rankings submissions and external communications. This person will also be responsible for conducting research using industry-specific databases, maintaining client contact lists, and supporting budget planning processes, including tracking the group’s expenses throughout the year.
Required Skills:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience working with Bankruptcy attorneys. The firm seeks an individual with excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with attorneys, colleagues, and clients. This person should also be familiar with industry databases and marketing tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and a CRM system.
Annual Salary (US$): 110,000-120,000 /annual
