Position Description:
A Philadelphia-based law firm seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to work closely with a talented team of professionals. This position will involve the management of Cisco Meraki firewalls and switches, VPNs, and a hosted data center, as well as VOIP, Teams, and Zoom VC Platforms. This person will also be responsible for managing Windows Services, Cloud SaaS, IaaS, and DaaS solutions, in addition to overseeing the virtual environment through VMWare.
Required Skills:
This position requires five or more years of IT experience in a law firm setting, as well as the ability to work on-site on a full-time basis in Philadelphia. The firm seeks an individual with knowledge of infrastructure and network hardware, databases, and storage solutions, as well as extensive experience with Cisco, Firewalls, Active Directory, and Azure. This person should also have experience with cybersecurity, an understanding of Citrix and XenApp remote access platforms, and the ability to troubleshoot WAN, LAN, and cloud connectivity issues. Required soft skills include a strong customer service approach, the ability to adapt to changing demands, and a proactive work ethic.
Annual Salary (US$): 100,000-110,000 /annual
