Position Description:
A superb law firm seeks an enthusiastic professional to join the Marketing Department as an Events Specialist. This person will take the lead in planning and coordinating client events, conferences, and outgoings, including researching and recommending venues, communicating with vendors, and overseeing all AV, creative, and F&B needs. The Events Specialist will be tasked with managing invitation lists and responses, tracking budgets and expenses, and providing on-site support as needed. This person will also gather and analyze post-event feedback to enhance future outcomes.
Required Skills:
The firm seeks an event planning professional with at least four years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting. The person selected for this opportunity will demonstrate outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to take ownership and work proactively. This individual should be flexible to work outside of standard business hours and travel as needed to meet the demands of the role.
Annual Salary (US$): 100,000-130,000 /annual
