Position Description:
A global law firm is seeking a Chief Human Resource Officer to be based in New York City and direct firm-wide HR operations, including managing a team of professionals. This position will involve developing and executing HR strategy as well as advising on succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration. The CHRO will also be responsible for resolving employee relations issues, conducting performance evaluations, and overseeing all legal and non-legal staffing needs.
Required Skills:
This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within legal or professional services settings. The qualified applicant will demonstrate strong HR acumen as well as substantive knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and techniques. This person should be able to implement procedural enhancements, hire and train a talented team of professionals, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters.
Annual Salary (US$): 350,000-450,000 /annual
