Position Description:
A global law firm seeks a Payroll Manager to supervise the payroll team and carry out the firm’s domestic and international payroll operations. This position involves ensuring all transactions are processed accurately, optimizing the UltiPro platform to enhance efficiency, and auditing data to resolve any payroll discrepancies. This person will also be tasked with generating and reviewing payroll reports, supporting year-end reporting functions, and ensuring the firm remains compliant with all local and federal payroll policies.
Position Requirements:
The firm seeks a Payroll professional with at least seven years of experience within a large professional services setting and proficiency with UltiPro, Kronos, or a similar cloud-based payroll platform. This person should be well-versed in payroll practices and best practices, with a preference for those with international payroll experience. The Payroll Manager should also be detail-oriented and adaptable to changing demands.
