Position Description:
A progressive, leading law firm seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to join the Pitch Team and play a leadership role regarding the organization and execution of the firm’s responses to client opportunities. This position will involve advising attorneys and Business Development professionals on pitch development, conducting internal and external research, and developing key messaging. The Senior Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies, and ensuring the firm puts forward compelling and consistent content. In addition, this person will mentor and train other team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and identify means of enhancing the team’s efficiency and success.
Required Skills:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of related experience, including a keen interest in proposal management. This person should have exceptional writing, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and work proactively. The Senior Manager should also demonstrate strong technical skills and a keen client service focus.
Annual Salary (US$): 140,000-175,000 /annual
