Position Description:
An exceptional law firm seeks a Benefits Analyst to join the New York City office. The role will involve supporting all facets of the firm’s benefits administration, including health, vision, dental, FSA, and other specialty benefits. This person will be tasked with maintaining files and internal communications, conducting periodic audits, and handling any troubleshooting or problem resolution. The Benefits Analyst will also be responsible for assisting with FSA administration, partner retirement matters, and Medicare forms, as well as helping staff with life event changes and coverage updates.
Position Requirements:
The firm seeks an HR professional with three or more years of related experience, knowledge of healthcare policies, and proficiency with an HRIS system such as Workday. This individual will demonstrate a proactive work ethic, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The Benefits Analyst should also be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
