Position Description:

A progressive law firm seeks an Administrative Coordinator to support HR initiatives within the New York office, including recruitment, workflow management, and policy implementation. This position will involve onboarding new hires, running orientation programs, and conducting performance review processes. The Administrative Coordinator will also respond to HR inquiries from attorneys and staff, promote a cohesive work environment, and identify opportunities to enhance internal systems and processes.

Position Requirements:

The firm seeks an HR professional with a bachelor's degree, three years of related experience, and excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. The qualified individual will also demonstrate a high level of discretion and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced setting.
