Position Description:
A collaborative Marketing Department seeks a Client Services Specialist to conduct research, prepare marketing materials, and support the firm’s overall business development efforts. The position involves contributing to the preparation of pitches for new clients, assembling client intelligence reports, and obtaining relevant information through a variety of online databases. The Specialist will also be responsible for advising attorneys on BD best practices and identifying ways to enhance internal systems and processes.
Position Requirements:
The team seeks an outgoing and enthusiastic professional with a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of related experience, and strong proofreading, communication, and writing skills. This person should be knowledgeable in litigation and proficient with research platforms such as Bloomberg, Westlaw, PACER, and S&P Global. In addition, the Specialist should be adaptable to changing demands and flexible to work overtime as needed.
